A Journey of Growth and Innovation: From 2017 to Today

When we held our first Global Congress on Hysteroscopy in 2017, we set out with a dream: to create a space where specialists from around the world could come together to share knowledge, learn from one another, and push the boundaries of what is possible in hysteroscopy. What began as a small gathering of passionate experts has, in just a few years, grown into a global movement, uniting professionals who are shaping the future of hysteroscopy.

Looking back, it’s incredible to see how far we have come. From the exchange of pioneering techniques to the hands-on workshops that have defined our sessions, each congress has brought something new and exciting. Our commitment to advancing the field and ensuring that every participant has the opportunity to grow, innovate, and contribute has been at the heart of our journey.

What makes this congress truly special, though, is the community we’ve built together. The Global Congress on Hysteroscopy has become a congress for everyone, a platform where every voice matters and where the best ideas are born from collaboration. Year after year, the enthusiasm, energy, and dedication of our participants have driven us to create an event that belongs to all those who are passionate about hysteroscopy.

As we prepare for this fifth edition, we couldn’t be prouder of the incredible advancements we’ve witnessed and the role we’ve played in fostering this growing global community. Together, we’ve transformed our congress into the leading forum for anyone interested in hysteroscopy, a place where innovation and expertise are shared openly, and where we all inspire one another to achieve more.

For this edition, we have prepared numerous practical workshops, allowing participants to engage in hands-on experiences and sharpen their skills under the guidance of renowned experts. Additionally, we will have a dedicated session showcasing the current state of hysteroscopy across the globe, providing a comprehensive overview of international perspectives and practices.

We are also thrilled to introduce a new session this year, where any attendee with a passion for research will have the opportunity to present their work in the plenary hall. A live on-site raffle will determine the lucky participants, ensuring a dynamic and inclusive experience for all.

It is our pleasure to welcome you to the 5th Global Congress on Hysteroscopy, a prestigious event that continues to be at the forefront of innovation and excellence in the field of hysteroscopy. This year, we are excited to explore the latest advancements and breakthroughs shaping the future of hysteroscopic procedures worldwide.

Información General

El congreso tiene lugar en el Hotel Meliá Sitges 4* situado en Sitges (Barcelona - España).
El idioma oficial del congreso es el inglés. Sin embargo, se ofrecerá traducción simultánea del inglés al español exclusivamente la Plenaria/Auditorio. Para obtener el receptor será necesario depositar el DNI o documento de identidad similar.
Todo el proceso de registro para asistir a GCH2025 se realiza exclusivamente online.
¡El espacio es limitado! Si fuera posible registrarse el mismo día de congreso, se aplicará un suplemento de 50 € p/persona.

La Inscripción incluye:

Acceso a las Sesiones Generales.
Acceso a la Zona de Exposición.
Acceso a la Zona de Posters.
Bolsa de congresista incluyendo acreditación, programa final y otra documentación relevante.
Finger lunch los días 23 y 24 de abril según programa.
Coffee Breaks los días 23, 24 y 25 abril según programa.
Certificado de asistencia descargable para todos los participantes onsite (la información se enviará por email después del congreso).

Los países 'Low-resource economy', según el World Bank, actualmente son:

Nota breve sobre Cancelaciones:

Cancelaciones 60 días antes del inicio del congreso (hasta el 22 de febrero): devolución del 100% menos 50 Euros por gastos administrativos.
Cancelaciones entre 59 y 30 días antes del inicio del congreso (hasta el 22 de marzo): devolución del 50%.
Cancelaciones con 29 o menos días antes del inicio del congreso (a partir del 23 de marzo): no habrá devolución.
Los participantes son responsables de contratar su propio seguro de viaje que cubra incidencias por enfermedad, COVID, retrasos de viaje, etc.
En caso que una situación de fuerza mayor impida la realización del congreso en su formato físico previsto, la organización se reserva el derecho a realizarlo virtual y a convertir cada registro físico en un acceso online.
Todas las cancelaciones DEBEN ser recibidas por email a secretary@my-gch.com. Serán efectivas mediante confirmación por nuestra parte.

Aplicable a representantes de agencias de viajes, laboratorios, delegaciones de paises o similar, que estén realizando el registro en nombre de otra persona.
