A Journey of Growth and Innovation: From 2017 to Today

When we held our first Global Congress on Hysteroscopy in 2017, we set out with a dream: to create a space where specialists from around the world could come together to share knowledge, learn from one another, and push the boundaries of what is possible in hysteroscopy. What began as a small gathering of passionate experts has, in just a few years, grown into a global movement, uniting professionals who are shaping the future of hysteroscopy.

Looking back, it’s incredible to see how far we have come. From the exchange of pioneering techniques to the hands-on workshops that have defined our sessions, each congress has brought something new and exciting. Our commitment to advancing the field and ensuring that every participant has the opportunity to grow, innovate, and contribute has been at the heart of our journey.

What makes this congress truly special, though, is the community we’ve built together. The Global Congress on Hysteroscopy has become a congress for everyone, a platform where every voice matters and where the best ideas are born from collaboration. Year after year, the enthusiasm, energy, and dedication of our participants have driven us to create an event that belongs to all those who are passionate about hysteroscopy.

As we prepare for this fifth edition, we couldn’t be prouder of the incredible advancements we’ve witnessed and the role we’ve played in fostering this growing global community. Together, we’ve transformed our congress into the leading forum for anyone interested in hysteroscopy, a place where innovation and expertise are shared openly, and where we all inspire one another to achieve more.

For this edition, we have prepared numerous practical workshops, allowing participants to engage in hands-on experiences and sharpen their skills under the guidance of renowned experts. Additionally, we will have a dedicated session showcasing the current state of hysteroscopy across the globe, providing a comprehensive overview of international perspectives and practices.

We are also thrilled to introduce a new session this year, where any attendee with a passion for research will have the opportunity to present their work in the plenary hall. A live on-site raffle will determine the lucky participants, ensuring a dynamic and inclusive experience for all.

It is our pleasure to welcome you to the 5th Global Congress on Hysteroscopy, a prestigious event that continues to be at the forefront of innovation and excellence in the field of hysteroscopy. This year, we are excited to explore the latest advancements and breakthroughs shaping the future of hysteroscopic procedures worldwide.

General information

The congress takes place in the Hotel Meliá Sitges 4* situated in Sitges (Barcelona - Spain).
The official language throughout the congress is English. However, simultaneous translation from English to Spanish will be offered exclusively in the Plenary/Auditorium. A piece of ID will need to be deposited when picking up your receiver.
The registration process to attend GCH2025 is exclusively done online.
Space is limited! Should onsite registration be possible, a supplement of 50 € p/person will be charged.

The Registration includes:

Access to General Session Halls.
Access to Exhibition Hall.
Access to Poster area.
Delegate welcome kit including badge, final program, and other related documentation.
Finger lunch on days 23rd & 24th of April, as per the program.
Coffee Breaks on days 23rd, 24th, and 25th of April, as per the program.
Certificate of attendance downloadable for all onsite attendees (the information will be sent by email after the congress).

The Low-resource economy countries, as per the World Bank, currently are:

Brief note on Cancellations:

Cancellations 60 or more days before the start of the congress (up to February 22): 100% refund less 50 Euro administrative fee.
Cancellations between 59 and 30 days before the start of the congress (up to March 22): 50% refund.
Cancellations 29 or less days before the start of the congress (from March 23): no refund.
Participants are responsible for contracting their own travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances like illness, COVID, travel delays, etc.
In case there's a local force majeure that prevents the congress from taking place in the planned physical format, the organization reserves the right to move it virtually and convert each onsite to an online registration.
All cancellations MUST be received by email at secretary@my-gch.com. They will be effective upon confirmation back from us.

The App offers several additional features including instant notifications not to miss anything, a networking section, etc. so we highly recommend downloading it.

B ] Registration FOR SOMEONE ELSE: Use this option if you are registering someone else, rather than yourself.

Applicable to representatives from travel agencies, laboratories, country delegations or similar, who are registering on behalf of a third person. Important note: If the representative holds an account in MyGCH, please make sure you are logged out so that the platform does not upload your personal details by mistake.
